Dieser Kurs gibt einen Überblick über die relevanten Gesetze zur Korruptionsbekämpfung sowie über Straftaten wie Bestechung, Bestechlichkeit und Bestechung ausländischer Amtsträger. Darüber hinaus werden zentrale Themen rund um Korruption behandelt, darunter das Anbieten und Annehmen von Bestechungsgeldern, die Auswirkungen auf Unternehmen und Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Korruption. Diese Themen werden ausführlich erklärt, um den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern ein tiefgehendes Verständnis zu vermitteln.
