Diversity and Inclusion in Australia: Bystander Intervention in Focus

This course is designed to train bystanders in Australian workplaces to handle a variety of sensitive diversity, inclusion, and harassment situations. In each section, you will hear first-person accounts about a wide range of issues that can arise in any work environment. The world and the workplace are rapidly changing, and Australia’s workforce is more diverse than ever before, with people from many different cultural, linguistic, and social backgrounds working together. Put simply, Australian organisations that embrace a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion are better positioned to achieve sustainable success while fostering a safe and respectful workplace for everyone.
