Diversity & Inclusion: Bystander Intervention in Focus for Construction

This course is designed to train construction workers and site staff on how to handle sensitive diversity, inclusion, and harassment situations. In each section, you will hear first-person accounts about issues commonly faced on construction sites. The construction industry is becoming more diverse than ever, with people from many backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures working together on projects. Simply put, a construction site that embraces a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion is safer, more productive, and better positioned for long-term success.
