Through short videos and realistic scenarios, you will explore the standards the SRA expects from all members of a firm, and what to do when those standards fall short. This includes guidance on setting boundaries, recording concerns, and how to use internal reporting channels. Learners finish with clear, proportionate actions they can apply day to day.
