Description
This short course helps learners recognise bullying, harassment and other inappropriate workplace behaviour in SRA-regulated firms, and explores how to respond appropriately, whether as a target of inappropriate behaviour, or as a bystander. Through short videos and realistic scenarios, you will explore the standards the SRA expects from all members of a firm, and what to do when those standards fall short. This includes guidance on setting boundaries, recording concerns, and how to use internal reporting channels. Learners finish with clear, proportionate actions they can apply day to day.
Course Objectives
- Identify behaviours that may amount to bullying or harassment in an SRA-regulated workplace
- Apply safe and proportionate options for responding, including setting boundaries, recording concerns and using internal reporting routes
- Recognise how bystanders can support colleagues and raise concerns appropriately
- Evaluate why workplace culture matters to professional standards and when behaviour may raise serious regulatory concerns
