VinciWorks’ catalogue spans five suites: Compliance; Information Security & Data Protection; Diversity & Inclusion; Performance & Leadership; and Health & Safety. This is developed by writers and SMEs who track live legislation and workplace risks.
Recent highlights include a major AML refresh, plus new or updated content around data protection changes, AML shifts in Australia and the US, and fraud developments under ECCTA, with Employment Rights Bill and FOI updates queued next. The framework itself is being continually rebuilt for device compatibility, with a fully revamped assessment experience now live.
Across the library, you’ll also see new gamified knowledge checks and broader adaptive options, so proficient users can prove competence and skip unnecessary content; saving time while maintaining rigour.

Conversational Learning mixes deep compliance expertise with proprietary GenAI to create training that is more engaging than slide-clicking or passive video. It adapts per learner to drive retention and behaviour change. In practice, experienced users can complete modules quickly because the course detects mastery and advances; if a learner struggles, the AI asks questions, explains and keeps them on track.
Version 2 spotlights three upgrades: customisations (policies, learning points, role/company tailoring), reporting that surfaces knowledge levels and suggests next courses, and accessibility and translations, our courses are voice-enabled so you can talk to them and they’ll talk back in almost any language you speak.

Resources is a new area in the VinciWorks Portal launching in the coming weeks. It centralises proprietary materials—videos, guides, webinars and ready-to-use policy documents so teams can find what they need in seconds. The UI includes global search and filters, a Recently Added carousel, browsing by Suites & Topics, and Popular Resources that surface what’s trending for organisations like yours.
Formats are built for speed and reuse: templates can be adapted in minutes; there are 200+ professionally produced videos you can stream in the portal or use offline to spark discussion and drive buy-in. Roadmap: editing, customisations and AI-powered suggestions. The Portal already brings licensed courses, the full library and resources into one place—with bookmarking to build playlist-style lists.
Good to know: you’ll be able to use resources outside the Portal as well, and trials will be available before adding them to a subscription.
The latest from Omnitrack: world class workflows and reporting

Omnitrack streamlines data gathering, follow-ups, approvals and reporting across compliance workflows, with flexible, customisable forms used by legal, risk, HR and compliance teams. Popular solutions include AML client onboarding, supplier onboarding, GDPR registers, gifts & hospitality and a legal-suite for law firms.
Reporting was re-engineered from the ground up based on client feedback. Four upgrades stand out: brand-new infrastructure for speed and scale; cross-form dashboards to combine multiple solutions; a new report builder with dynamic filters and flexible visuals; and access for all users, not just admins.
Practically, that means advanced filtering and conditional logic, unified AML matter-/client-level views, drill-downs from charts to raw tables, and clear distinctions between reports (single dataset) and dashboards (curated sets of reports).
Timeline: in beta now; Q4 rollout for all clients with no data migration. Hypercare onboarding week, plus guides, videos and templates at launch. Role-based permissions follow next, giving finer-grained control for admins and end users.
