The May 2025 update for Astute LXP (V3.3.3) brings a series of behind-the-scenes improvements designed to keep your learning platform running smoothly and efficiently.
This month’s release focuses on making key admin tasks easier, improving performance for busy users, and fixing a few issues flagged by our community.

Enhancements
Automatic User Sync with Hibob
Keeping your people data up to date just got easier. Astute now integrates directly with Hibob, automatically syncing users between both platforms
More Options for Chaser Emails
You can now set chaser emails to trigger when an activity is either Passed or Completed instead of just one or the other.
Performance Improvements
Faster Compliance Reporting
We’ve made some major performance improvements to the Compliance Reporting page. Reports and data now load much faster, helping admins access what they need without the wait.
Emails with Images – Now Quicker to Send
Astute now handles images in a smarter way, meaning emails that include banners, logos, or other images will send faster.
Clearer Timeout Message on Mobile
Learners on mobile who leave the page open too long (45 minutes or more) will now see a clearer message letting them know they’ve been timed out.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved a rare issue where emailed certificates could become corrupted.
- Fixed typos on the Manage Selected Users and Enrolment Activities pages.
- Fixed an issue where admins could accidentally set a negative re-enrolment frequency.
