This month’s release focuses on smoother administration and greater stability across Astute. We’ve refined enrollment controls, added more filtering options, strengthened user sync validation, and boosted performance for reporting.
You’ll also notice several small but meaningful improvements to Certificates, Trigger Emails, and Risk Assessments.
Enrolment events
Once an event has started and learners are enrolled, the start date can no longer be changed. When creating an event with re-enrolment enabled, you must now select the re-enrolment method before saving (previously defaulted to “date enrolled”).
Learners page
Added a new filter to view learners by HR Representative, helping admins find relevant records faster.
Course uploads
Astute now supports uploading specialist multi-SCORM .zip files, making it easier to manage advanced course packages.
Previous LMS records
You can now select multiple filters at once, making it quicker to find imported data from your legacy systems.
User syncs (API)
Added validation to prevent loops. For example, a learner being set as their own manager or assigning a manager who manages themselves.
Performance improvements
Filtering by username in LXP Reporting now returns results significantly faster, especially for larger organisations.
Bug fixes
- Fixed display issues on the learner homepage, including truncated course titles and missing images for self-enrolments.
- Improved enrolment reliability so learners are correctly added to all assigned activities.
- Fixed multiple LXP Reporting issues, including missing columns and incorrect durations.
- Certificates now attach properly to “When a course is passed” trigger emails.
- Fixed chaser email issues for video enrolments and restored missing trigger options.
- Improved accuracy in Compliance Reporting, Risk Task Lists, and both versions of Risk
Assessments
Certificates downloaded in bulk now populate the #LastPassed# date merge field correctly.
