These changes help ensure a more consistent experience for both learners and administrators.
More consistent completion and certification handling
We’ve refined how course completion and certification data is handled.
“Last Passed” dates are now recorded in line with course completion, and certificate behaviour has been updated to ensure the correct certificate is issued based on your enrolment setup.
More reliable enrolment behaviour
Updates to enrolment logic help ensure learners are enrolled and displayed as expected across the platform.
The “Auto Enrol All Users” option has been improved for consistency, and learners scheduled for future re-enrolment are now handled more cleanly within Pending Changes.
Clearer course information
We’ve made improvements to how course durations are displayed, ensuring a clearer and more consistent experience.
