VinciWorks Launches Condition E6 Compliance Training for Higher Education Providers

VinciWorks is releasing E6 compliance training to support universities and colleges in meeting their obligations under Condition E6, the latest regulatory requirement from the Office for Students (OfS). The course on Tackling Harassment and Sexual Misconduct in Higher Education will help higher education (HE) providers meet their E6 requirements.

Condition E6, which comes into force on 1 August 2025, mandates that all HE providers in England implement transparent, institution-wide systems for tackling harassment and sexual misconduct.

The requirement for E6 compliance is pressing as research from OfS found that some 20% of students have experienced unwanted sexual behaviour, with nearly 70% of these experiences involving some setting having to do with a higher education setting.

This fully interactive, scenario-based training course is built around conversational learning, a new AI-powered training experience by VinciWorks. It addresses the OfS’ guidance that E6 training must be meaningful, engaging, and effective, designed to actively engage the learner throughout. This course helps learning providers meet the training expectations of Condition E6 and will be adaptive with a staff version and a student version.

“E6 represents a major shift in how institutions respond to sexual misconduct,” said Maurizio Caldera, Course Writer and Head of Higher Education at VinciWorks. “We’ve developed practical tools that help institutions deliver on the guidance by training staff and students, improving governance, and embedding a culture of accountability.”

To ensure HE/FE institutions move from planning to full implementation of Condition E6 ahead of the August deadline, VinciWorks has published a free practical compliance checklist – focusing on policy finalisation, training delivery, communication, and institutional readiness.

E6 Compliance Webinar
