This month’s Astute LXP update focuses on clarity, consistency, and control. We’ve added a powerful new reporting option, improved Azure/Entra syncing, and fixed several bugs that stood in the way of a smooth admin and learner experience.
Here’s what’s new this month:
New Report Type added
You can now generate a full enrolment report that shows every learner, even those who have been subsequently unenrolled from events.
Enhancements
Manager Info via Azure/Entra Sync
Azure/Entra integrations now pass over the manager field for each learner.
Improved Job Title Visibility
If a user doesn’t have a job title set, the system now displays this as Unassigned rather than using a default placeholder.
Fresh Look for Tiles and Banners
We’ve refreshed the default visuals for:
- Videos
- Quick Quizzes
- Surveys
- Policies
- Programmes
New Risk Rating Column in Reports
When building Risk Assessment reports, you can now include the Risk Rating as a selectable column.
Performance Improvements
Email Clarity
We’ve stopped Course Successor emails from being sent when the data shown was inaccurate.
Login Tab Fixes
Tab names and icons now appear correctly from the login page instead of only after login.
Survey Reporting
Reporting in the Surveys feature has been made clearer
Home Page Loading Speed
Improved home page load times by disabling the processing of enrolment rules when logging in. Enrolment rules are checked at midnight every night and processed, or when an administrator clicks Process Rules within the enrolment event.
Bug Fixes
- Selecting multiple filters in Compliance Reporting now works as expected.
- Enrolment emails now send correctly for courses assigned via self-enrollment catalogues.
- Course names now update properly in Astute when changed in Vinci Portal.
- Excluded courses in the catalogue now show as excluded immediately—no need to refresh the page any more.
- Fixed an issue where completion certificates were being sent too early if completion of the Programme or Event was required.
- Archived courses are now visible again under Event Activities.
- Resolved an issue where the Reminder Management panel didn’t appear under Training Records.
