The April update for Astute LXP (V3.3.2) brings a mix of visual polish, helpful tweaks, and targeted bug fixes—all aimed at making the platform easier and more enjoyable to use.

Here’s what’s new this month:

Enhancements

Updated Course Default Image

We’ve refreshed the default image used on course tiles to bring a cleaner, more professional appearance to your learning environment.

Performance Improvements

Smoother Button Interactions

A new press effect has been added across all buttons on the platform, providing a more tactile and responsive feel during navigation.

Easier Job Title Filtering

Searching by job title in Compliance Reporting has been streamlined, making it easier to filter and find exactly what you need.

Bug Fixes

Course Image Uploads
Fixed an issue that prevented admins from uploading new tile or banner images when editing course details

Training Record Entry
Resolved a problem where manually adding a record would fail if a new course was being created at the same time.

Visual Dashboard – Enrolment Summary
A scroll bar has been added to the enrolments section within the learner summary to improve navigation when large datasets are displayed.

Compliance Reporting – Chaser Email Count
The email counter was displaying incorrect totals for chaser emails sent. This now shows the accurate number.

Programme Policy Triggers
Fixed an issue where learners could get stuck in Programmes of Work containing a policy.

Printable Risk Assessments
Printing version 2 Risk Assessments will now print the entire document rather than just the first page.

Activity Titles
Long activity titles were previously overlapping time and enrolment status on the learner’s home page. This has been corrected so that layout remains intact regardless of title length.
