Sales Development Representative (Hybrid – Jerusalem)

VinciWorks, a leader in online compliance training and automation software, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing Sales Development team. You will hold a critical position as the voice of our company, responsible for creating a great first impression for potential customers, understanding their pains and needs, and pitching our solutions when there is a fit. In this role you will need to turn both warm inbound leads and outbound prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

 

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, eager to chase every lead while being highly professional and friendly in your approach. While strong personal and communication skills are critical, this is also a numbers-driven position. You will have monthly goals, and bonuses will be awarded based on performance.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct both targeted outbound prospecting and high volume nurturing of warm leads generated by marketing
  • Hold high-level conversations with senior level executives, clearly explaining the VinciWorks products and value propositions to decision makers
  • Work closely and collaborate with the company’s marketing and sales teams
  • Research and qualify potential prospects via LinkedIn, Google and other online sources
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to help ensure company revenue objectives

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum one year experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team environment
  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A fearless positive attitude

Salary

 

The salary for the role consists of a base salary and an on-target bonus. The total remuneration (OTE) for the role will be:

Between 12,000 and 18,000 NIS per month depending on skills and experience.
