About the role
The Implementation Project Manager at VinciWorks will work with our latest software technology, Omnitrack. We are seeking a mid-level Delivery Lead / Project Manager / Consultant to oversee the end-to-end implementation process for our Omnitrack solution clients. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, guiding clients through the process, and ensuring the timely and successful deployment of our product. You will be responsible for managing multiple implementation projects within set budgets, timelines, and scopes.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
- Lead multiple client implementations simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
Client Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Understand client needs and tailor implementation strategies to align with their goals.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones, and next steps.
- Communicate client feedback to internal teams for continuous product and process improvements.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and client onboarding materials.
- Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and tools to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or client-facing roles in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms.
Preferred:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
- Basic technical proficiency with SaaS platforms and integrations (e.g., APIs, SSO).
- Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm

Location
This is a UK or Israel based role.
In the UK: This is a remote role working from home anywhere in the UK. The working week for this position is Monday to Friday.
In Israel: Office-based or hybrid role working from our Jerusalem office. The working week for this position is Monday to Friday.
Salary range
In Israel: The salary range for this position is 20,000 – 30,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
In the UK: The salary range for this position is £40,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
