VinciWorks is looking for a Director of Acquisition
VinciWorks, a leader in online compliance training and automation software, is looking for a motivated director of acquisition to join our marketing team. You will hold a critical position in the company as we begin our rapid expansion and penetrate new markets. You will be responsible for paid media, SEO, the website, and be a reporting genius who loves storytelling with data.

PPC Management (Hands on – primary responsibility, 60% of the job)
- Revenue number go up, cost number go down
- Hands-on campaign management, primary platform is Google Ads
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Explore and test new platforms and opportunities for paid advertising.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Website Management / CRO (Hands on + Agency, 20% of the job)
- Split test landing pages to death
- Manage the WordPress agency for major technical updates and enhancements.
- Directly oversee the website and lead CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) initiatives.
- Implement and monitor website improvements to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Reporting and Dashboards (Hands on, 10% of the job)
- Be a huge data nerd.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to provide insights into marketing performance.
- Serve as the go-to resource on the marketing team for understanding marketing data and campaign effectiveness.
- Investigate and uncover actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Leverage HubSpot for reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
SEO Management (Oversight of Agency, 10% of the job)
- Figure out how to do with free traffic what you do with paid traffic
- Oversee the relationship with the SEO agency, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate between the SEO agency and internal content teams to produce SEO-driven content.
- Work with the WordPress agency to implement technical SEO fixes and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Required skills: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Hubspot
- Expertise in PPC platforms including Google Ads and Linkedin Ads. Other paid channel experience an advantage.
- Proven experience in a similar customer acquisition or digital marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and interpreting data.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and managing third-party SEO agencies.
- Experience managing WordPress/Elementor websites and working with development agencies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.

Salary range
- Israel: The salary range for this position is 18,000 – 25,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
- UK: The salary range for this position is £36,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Location
- Israel: This is an office-based or hybrid role working from our Jerusalem office. The working week for this position is Sunday to Thursday.
- UK: This is a remote role working from home anywhere in the UK.
