Customer Support Specialist

You will be responsible for directly interacting with clients through email and online meetings, addressing their needs with timely, empathetic, and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to client inquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalised support
  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and accurate resolutions

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes

 

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent fluent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • A solid understanding of technical products (programming experience not required)
  • A dedication to providing outstanding customer service
  • 2-3 years in customer support, customer success, or other client-facing roles

Location

  • Israel: This is an office-based or hybrid role working from our Jerusalem office. The working week for this position is Monday to Friday.
  • UK: This is a remote role working from home anywhere in the UK.

 

Salary range

  • Israel: The salary range for this position is 14,000 – 18,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
  • UK: The salary range for this position is £32,500 – £45,000, depending on skills and experience.
